Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with RAWinvites.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. Your acceptance of our quote will take place when you place your order with RAWinvites, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and RAWinvites. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, RAWinvites will not be able to supply goods and services to you.
TIMINGS
A timeline will be created for you as soon as an order has been placed. The timeline will show when each stage of the process is due to commence and at which stage payment is due. It is important that you notify RAWinvites immediately if you are unable to work to the schedule as any delay in supplying feedback, providing copy or approving proofs/artwork may result in a delay to your order.
For bespoke designs, please allow 4 – 8 weeks from placing the initial order to delivery of your complete stationery. RAWinvites will always try to accommodate stricter or changing timescales, but there may be additional fees. Please mention your timescale in your initial enquiry.
PAYMENTS
Bespoke Orders : Upon approval of the quote sent by RAWinvites a non-refundable payment for 100% of the estimated design cost will be required before any design work can begin, an invoice for the payment will be sent by RAWinvites. The final quote may vary dependant on the final design. If printing is required the remaining print fee is required once the artwork has been completed, no artwork will be sent to print without the complete payment.
RAWrange Orders : Upon approval of the quote sent by RAWinvites or generated via the website, 100% of the total price will be required before any design work can begin. The artwork will be identical to the RAWrange product selected.
The order has been quoted on a basis that it will be completed within 1 year. If it exceeds this time frame, the design element will not be affected however you may incur additional printing costs.
Once the order has been confirmed and processed, any major changes to design and printing requirements may also have additional fees.
All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on the invoice sent by RAWinvites. RAWinvites cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.
PROOFS & ARTWORK
PDF proofs and final artwork will be sent via email, we do not at any stage offer printed proofs. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to approve/check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed, RAWinvites takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required then they will be charged for in full. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs. At the back of the invitation the website ‘WWW.RAWINVITES.COM’ will be present in a smaller font type.
All invites are printed 300gsm stocked card. If you require a thicker stock please notify us upon initial enquiry. All Invitations are printed on A5
Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from any printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all PDF proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. This will help to ensure you are aware of the scale and that all font sizes. However, please note here will be a noticeable difference between the quality of personal printing against the end product of professional printing.
After artwork has been sent to print, any further changes will be an additional £50 or more depending on the changes. This applies to ALL the stationery

MINIMUM ORDERS
Bespoke Orders : Minimum order quantity of 100 RAWrange Orders : Minimum order quantity of 50
DELIVERY & COSTS
The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery.
There is a rare possibility that there may be an issue with the printed artwork or the delivery, this can cause delays. RAWinvites will not be responsible for a the delay due to printing errors, however we will get every issue resolved as soon as possible.
If there are noticeable errors please send us photographic evidence within 1 week of delivery or we will not be able to rectify this issue for you and you will have to pay in full.
UK Delivery is included for Wedding Invitations only – Any combined offers with Bride and Groom packages only 1 address is included.UK Delivery for Welcome boards or Table plans are £25 – Or FREE collection (Collection address will be confirmed via email)
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you decide to cancel your order, we can offer a full refund of your order within 12 hours if we have not started the artwork. If the artwork process has started we can partially refund you based on the remaining amount. Once the artwork has been approved and is sent to print you will not be able to cancel the order or be entitled to any refund.
If there is anything wrong with your order or any damages during delivery, please email us at info@rawinvites.com with photographic evidence within 12 hours of delivery and we will rectify this issue for you. If it is later than 12 hours we will have to investigate if this further and this may result in no replacement.
COPYRIGHT
All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of RAWinvites, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from RAWinvites. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs or any other intellectual property rights will be pursued.
It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify RAWinvites on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.

All files sent across to clients over email are for proof purposes ONLY and CAN NOT be used, edited or printed without consent.
RAWinvites reserves the right to use any stationery created for the clients, to promote the RAWinvites products and services. However, we will never share any of your contact details with third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are between you and RAWinvites. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
