RAWrange Wedding Invitations

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity per insert is 50.

What is the band?

There are two band options available that wrap around the Wedding Inserts:

  – A slim band (5-8cm tall) with the couples name/small design
  – A wide band (14-16cm tall) with a detailed design

The band will hold all your inserts together acting as a sleeve.

The band will not arrive sealed. You can then decide to leave them open, seal them with glue/ tape or stickers.  

What envelope colours are available?

Envelopes are available in a variety of colours.

Material : Same texture as the Wedding Invitations
Envelope Fold : Square fold
Weight : 135gsm

Personalisation is not included in the prices provided – Please contact: [email protected] if you require any envelope printing or envelope liners.

Can I order samples?

We offer a maximum of 3 samples from our RAWhouse designs.
Please contact: [email protected] with the design names you are interested in and we can get that sent across.

This fee will not be refunded when you place an order with us.
Please note, our samples will not be edited to contain your personal details.

 

Can we make design changes?

Colour changes – Mostly YES.
We try to design with as much flexibility as possible, however not all designs can be easily changed. 

If you have your eye on a design and want the colour changed to match your theme, drop us an email and we can let you know if this is possible. 
If you want to change any major elements to personalise the invite, there will be an additional design fee to cover our time.

How long does it take to receive the Wedding Invitations after placing an order?

The whole process usually takes around 2-4 weeks (design and print).  If you require the Wedding Invitations sooner, we can offer an express service and they can be with you within 2 weeks. 

Printing usually takes around 5-7 working days.

After I have placed my order can I select a different design?

Yes but only if we have not started the design work.
If we have started the design work, you will be charged for the design time spent. Please let us know as soon as possible, to avoid any disappointment.

Can we make changes to our original text once you design the PDF proof?

Once we send the initial PDF proof across, we offer 2 additional text changes within the quote.
What does this mean?

– You email across your wording (Format: Word document only)
– We design your Wedding Invitation and send a PDF proof across via email
– You may notice a mistake or want to change the wording (This is your first text change) 
– We make all the new changes and send the PDF proof across again via email
– You spot another change (This is your second and final text change)
– We make all the final changes and send the PDF proof across again via email
– After this point, if you require any further changes, there will be an additional charge of £25

 

What happens if I spot a mistake after confirming it is ready for print?

If the Wedding Invitations have not been sent to print, we can make these changes for you.
If the Wedding Invitations have been sent to print, and the printers have started the production but not printed them yet, there will be an additional fee of £50.
If they have already been printed, you will have to cover the fee for a reprint, we would not cover this additional cost as you have approved the PDF design.  This applies to ALL our stationery.   

How much does delivery cost?

Wedding Invitations will be calculated at checkout along with any other items.

When should we place our order?

We require a minimum of 1 month before you want to receive your Table Plan.
If you need one sooner, drop us an email and we will try our best to get this designed for you.

Did you know : You can change the design originally selected, up until we start the artwork.

All quotes are available on our website. If you are happy with this quote or require any additional information, please fill out the 'not ready to order' form. The more specific you are, the better we can assist. We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours.  

Once your order has been processed we will contact you within 48 hours to go through your order and provide you with all the relevant information.

How do we send you our guest names, do you have a template?

We will send you an email within 48 hours of placing your order, this will include an example of how we require your spreadsheet layout.
It is very important you follow this layout, or we will have to ask you to reformat your spreadsheet.

Once we send the initial PDF proof across, we offer 2 additional text changes within the quote.
What does this mean?

– You email across your spreadsheet
– We design your Table Plan and send a PDF proof across via email
– You may notice a mistake or want to change the names (This is your first text change) 
– We make all the new changes and send the PDF proof across again via email
– You spot another change (This is your second and final text change)
– We make all the final changes and send the PDF proof across again via email
– After this point, if you require any further changes, there will be an additional charge of £25

Can we add additional text/religious symbols?

Yes, we will get in touch with you within 48 hours of placing your order. Please feel free to send across the additional text/religious symbols you would like to add onto the Table Plan.

How do we pick 4 different designs?

Add different designs into your basket and the price will be adjusted at checkout.
1 board   : £100
2 boards : £180
3 boards : £250
4 boards : £300

– Price above includes ALL the RAWrange board designs
– Price above includes boards for different events e.g. Wedding, Reception, Civil etc
– Price above includes text changes for each board, you can send us the wording for each board via the form or email once you have placed the order.

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours of placing your order. You can then let us know what board designs you would like to select or if you want to change the board design originally ordered.

RAWbespoke Wedding Invitations

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order for Bespoke Invitations is 100.

How much to the RAWbespoke invitations cost?

Bespoke designs are created entirely based on your requirements, therefore the pricing is based on those details. Get in touch via our contact form and one of our creatives we will get in touch with you. Remember the clearer you are the better.

How do I work with the RAW team?

Once you have read through our Bespoke Section and feel ready to get in touch to discuss your order, get in touch via our contact form and we will be in touch very soon to start your RAW journey!

How many invitations do I need to order?

We’re inviting 200 guests, so we need 200 invitations? Wrong. It’s an easy mistake and that’s exactly why we’re here. Invitations are based on number of couples/families not per person. Time to get that spreadsheet out or simply half your number of guests and add on a few spares. Approx 25.

Can I order samples?

Unfortunately we do not offer any bespoke design samples due to client confidentially.

You will be sent a PDF proof to approve and nothing will be sent to print unless you are 100% happy.

If the Programs have not been sent to print, we can make these changes for you.
If the Programs have been sent to print, and the printers have started the production but not printed them yet, there will be an additional fee of £50.
