Step 1 - Inspiration

What’s your vision and style?
Send us any ideas you love  Pinterest boards, images, moodboards, or references. Include notes on colours, tone, or cultural elements you’d like to include.

The clearer your inspiration, the smoother your design process.

Estimate your wedding days

Step 2 - Events & Inserts

Which events are you hosting  and do they need separate invitation inserts?
Example:
– Wedding insert
– Reception insert
– Sangeet insert
(3 inserts in total)
This helps us structure your suite and avoid back-and-forth later.

Step 3 - Quantity

How many invitations do you need per insert? One invitation per household, not per guest.
Example:
– Wedding insert × 200
– Reception insert × 100
– Sangeet insert × 60
Note: If the bride and groom are sending separate wording, that counts as two versions — so please specify.

Step 4 - Dates

What’s your wedding date and when do you need your invitations by?

Allow time for design, print, and delivery — ideally a minimum of 6–8 weeks before you want to post them out.

3. Design Fee & Initial Concepts
Pay the design fee, and we’ll create rough layout sketches to ensure we’re on the same page. You can be as creative as you like at this stage.

4. Final Artwork
Once you approve the sketch, we begin the final artwork. Major changes at this stage may incur additional costs.

5. Revisions
You’ll receive a digital proof to review. Minor design tweaks can be made here.

6. Approval & Payment
Once approved we are ready TO PRINT!

7. Printing
We print using the highest quality materials and finishes, including any special touches you’ve chosen.

8. Delivery
Your invitations are checked, packed, and shipped to you.

9. Matching Stationery
We can create matching stationery, such as menus and welcome signs, table plans, to complete your wedding look.

The timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of your design and the number of revisions required. On average, the full process, from consultation to delivery, takes around 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend getting in touch well in advance of when you need to send out your invitations.

Yes, we provide digital proofs for you to review before anything is printed, Unfortunately we don’t offer any physical samples.

Absolutely. In addition to wedding invitations, we design matching stationery such as save-the-dates, menus, table plans, order of service booklets, and welcome signs to ensure a cohesive look across your wedding. This is a great way for you to see your bespoke artwork across multiple items, keeping consistency and saving costs.

We usually recommend a minimum order of 50 invitations for bespoke designs to ensure cost-effectiveness. However, we’re happy to discuss smaller quantities if needed.

We require the design fee upfront and the print payment before we go to print. If you’re opting for a fully digital invite, we’ll need full payment upfront—don’t worry, we won’t run off! We’ve been doing this for over eight years, and we’re here to make sure your invitations are nothing short of perfect.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will depend on your location and will be discussed when you place your order.
