TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with RAWinvites. 

These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. Your acceptance of our quote will take place when you place your order and return a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and RAWinvites. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, RAWinvites  will not be able to supply goods and services to you. 


TIMINGS

A timeline will be created for you as soon as an order has been placed. The timeline will show when each stage of the process is due to commence and at which stage payment is due. It is important that you notify RAWinvites immediately if you are unable to work to the schedule as any delay in supplying feedback, providing copy or approving proofs/artwork may result in a delay to your order.

For bespoke designs, please allow 8 - 10  weeks from placing the initial order to delivery of your complete stationery.  RAWinvites will always try to accommodate stricter or changing timescales if we can, but there may be additional fees. Please mention your timescale at your initial enquiry.


ESTIMATES & PAYMENTS

Upon approval of the estimate sent by RAWinvites a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost will be required before any design work can begin, an invoice for the deposit will be sent by RAWinvites.  The deposit is a 50% of the estimate quote, the final quote may vary dependant on the final design. 

Once the order has been confirmed, any major changes to design and printing requirements may also have additional fees. 

All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer.  Bank details will be provided on the invoice sent by  RAWinvites. RAWinvites cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.

Once you receive the invitations, the remaining 50% must be paid to the account on your invoice within 3 working days. 


PROOFS & ARTWORK

PDF Proofs and final artwork will be sent via email. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed RAWinvites takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required then they will be charged for in full. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs. At the back of the invitation my website 'WWW.RAWINVITES.COM' will be present in a smaller font type. 

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets.

It is therefore advisable to print off all PDF proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. This will help to ensure that the scale is correct, and that all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour. However, please bare in mind there will be a noticeable difference between the quality of personal printing against the end product of professional printing.

All files sent across to Clients over email are for proof purposes ONLY and CAN NOT  be used, edited or printed without consent.


MINIMUM ORDERS

There is a minimum order of 30  invitations  due to the time involved in creating artwork and printer minimum quantities. 

It is advisable to order both day and evening invitations at the same time to avoid any additional special order fees. If an additional order is received for fewer than 25 of an item, a special order fee will apply.


DELIVERY & COSTS

The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery.

Delivery deadlines will be made clear during the consultation and again when the print work is sent off to print. However there is a rare possibility that there may be an issue with the printed artwork or the delivery, this can cause delays and I will do everything in my power to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. Bespoke Invitations will take up to 2-6 weeks to print depending on the Invitation. 


COPYRIGHT

All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of RAWinvites, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from RAWinvites. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs or any other intellectual property rights will be pursued.

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify RAWinvites  on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.

RAWinvites reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote RAWinvites products and services. However, we will never share any of your contact details with third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are between you and RAWinvites. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
